ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC OR NATURAL?
Yes, most of our raw materials are certified as organic (ECOCERT / COSMOS / NATRUE). All creams are 100% natural:
- Intensive Body Cream
- Intensive Hand Cream
- “Solution To All” Cream
- Hand and Body Milk
But we also value the excellent results of modern science, therefore we choose for our products only high-quality, scientifically approved and skin-friendly ingredients that perform specific functions and are derived from recognised and ethical sources.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Yes, all of our products are vegan-friendly and contain no animal-derived ingredients.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No, our products are not tested on animals, and we do not use animal-derived ingredients in our products.
DO BODY AND HAND SOAPS CONTAIN SULPHATES?
No, our products contain no sulphates, EOs and amides. The aromatic body and hand soap is based on particularly gentle, unique 100% natural surfactants.
DO YOU DEVELOP THE PRODUCT FORMULAS YOURSELF?
Yes, all of our product formulas are unique and developed in our laboratory.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN POPULAR ALLERGENS, SUCH AS DAIRY PRODUCTS, NUTS AND EGGS?
Most of our products contain certified essential oils, and some of them are derived from nuts, but all of our products are vegan. See the product description for more details.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES?
Our products do not contain traditional cosmetic preservatives, due to their tendency to irritate the skin. This function is performed in the products by highly valued and industry-awarded new generation natural emollients (skin emollients). Their effects have been laboratory confirmed.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
Products are manufactured in Latvia, created by an experienced team of professionals with broad knowledge and extensive experience in production of the natural and medicinal cosmetics. We are involved in all manufacturing stages of product creation, beginning from formula development to product manufacture and delivery to you.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE DURING PREGNANCY/BREASTFEEDING?
Our products contain certified essential oils in the permitted concentration, which should be taken into account in certain cases, for example, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as they contain the allergens indicated on the packaging.
I HAVE VERY SENSITIVE/REACTIVE SKIN, CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
If you have sensitive or allergic skin, we recommend that you test before use, as most of our products contain certified essential oils. Apply a small amount on the inside of the elbow 24 hours before use. If no adverse reaction occurs on the skin, the product can be used.
For sensitive skin, our “Solution To All” – a multi-purpose moisturising cream containing no essential oils – is especially suitable. Suitable for all skin types and ages.
DO YOU OFFER PRODUCTS IN REFILLABLE PACKAGING?
Yes, we offer all of our body and hand soaps and hand and body milk in 1 litre refill packs:

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders can be tracked. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a DPD tracking number. This will let you know where your order is and when it will be delivered.
